How Can I Help?

I am developing relationships with a small number of clients, to assist them developing/setting up their International operations. I have excellent experience in this area and have built up a network of personal and professional contacts, which I can use to assist your business.

I would envisage an initial assignment period of 1-2 years on the basis of between 1 to 20 hours variable per week. Hours would start low and then increase in line with the growth of your business. Fees would be split between "performance/ success fee" and a "base fee". Stock options would likely to be an element of the package. I am also willing to work on an "ad-hoc" consultancy basis. All arrangements are totally flexible and negotiable.

The Services

I can perform all or a selection of the following tasks, depending on the specifics of your International organisation:

• Be a key part of your International team to assist in the successful growth of your International business
• Formulate business plans, strategies and policy
• Focus on making the company "easier to do business with"
• Legal - International contract work in conjunction with US and local legal resource
• Establish, manage and interpret the business metrics
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports
• Establish effective systems, procedures and best practise. Continual change to stay ahead of business growth curve
• Provide Human Resources, payroll and benefits
• Manage your internal Finance & Administration resource
